Roads in the Twin Lakes Area are reported to be clear following Saturday’s mix of freezing precipitation. According to IDriveArkansas and the Missouri Department of Transportation’s traveler information map, there aren’t any local highways currently with ice or snow on the roadways.

The sheriff’s offices in Baxter, Marion and Ozark counties have also not had any reports of hazardous travel conditions on county roads. The Mountain Home Police Department is reporting the same, although a spokesperson did say an accident occurred Saturday evening on U.S. Highway 62B near Colton’s Steakhouse in which a power pole was struck. We’ll have more details, if they become available.
