Basketball makes up the local Monday schedule, as Mountain Home sends three junior high teams to Jonesboro to take on Douglas MacArthur. The eighth grade boys’ game tips off at 4:30 followed by both freshmen contests.
Elsewhere on the junior high level, Yellville-Summit hosts Omaha, Ozark Mountain travels to Berryville, Valley Springs entertains Huntsville, and Jasper is home against Deer.
On the high school level, Lutie’s boys will begin their run in the Seymour Bank Winter Classic. The Indians meet top-seeded Chadwick at 5:30.
In other high school action, Norfork makes the trip to Greers Ferry to face West Side, the Dora girls host Chadwick, Dora’s boys head to Mammoth Spring, Marshall entertains LISA Academy North, and Bergman travels to Elkins.
