Amber Alert issued for missing child in Little Rock

An Arkansas AMBER Alert has been requested by the Little Rock Police Department for a missing child. Three-year-old Delilah Collier was reported missing just before 7 p.m. Monday.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Collier is described as a 2’4″ black female weighing 40 pounds with brown eyes, black braided hair with pink beads and a medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeve grey and pink cheetah-print sweater, blue jeans, a hot pink jacket with silver stars and brown boots with tassels.

Collier may be traveling in a silver four-door BMW sedan with unknown temporary tags. The tags with be in the rear window secured by yellow tape.

She may also be in the company of 19-year-old Curtis Marshall. Marshall is described as a 5’8″ black male weighing 148 pounds with a medium complexion.



Dominique Phillips

Another adult believed to be associated with Collier is 22-year-old Dominique Phillips of Little Rock. Phillips is described as a 5’4″ black female with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.
