A boil order issued Tuesday by the Arkansas Department of Health for a portion of the Flippin water system has been lifted.
The order covered the area from Second and Main streets to Fourth and Main and impacted approximately 20 customers.
The order was issued as a precautionary measure, due to the possibility of contaminated water entering the distribution system, following the partial loss in normal water pressure.
