Mountain Home was able to sweep four junior high basketball games over Paragould Thursday at the Hangar.
In the freshmen boys’ game, the Junior Bombers beat the Junior Rams 32-26. Braiden Dewey led Mountain Home with 13 points. The Junior Bombers’ record now stands at 5-4.
Mountain Home also won the freshmen girls’ contest 32-19 over Paragould. The Junior Lady Bombers were led by Parker Huskey with 12 points. Mountain Home improves to 12-2 on the season.
Mountain Home dominated the eighth grade boys’ game whipping up on Paragould 44-23. Jackson Criner was the Eighth Grade Bombers’ leading scorer with 12 points, and Ryder McClain added 11. Mountain Home is now 4-5 on the year.
The seventh grade girls’ contest was even more lopsided, as Mountain Home destroyed Paragould 31-4. Jayla Yonkers paced the Seventh Grade Lady Bombers with 11 points.
