A local school district has been going through a period of virtual learning only, and that time will be extended for at least another week. Norfork School District Superintendent Chip Layne says the virtual classes will continue Monday through Thursday for all elementary and high school students.
Teachers, coaches and sponsors will be contacting their students with updates on any extracurricular activities. Teachers will be on campus Monday through Thursday from 9 to 4 to answer any questions.
