The winter weather has also led to several area residents being without power Monday morning.
As of 8:15, North Arkansas Electric Cooperative was reporting one of its members served by the Salem office was experiencing an outage. There were residents served by the Mountain Home and Salem office without power in the early morning hours, but it has since been restored.
More outages are being reported by Entergy Arkansas. According to Entergy, there were seven customers in Baxter County without power, 340 in Marion County and two in Boone County.
