Wednesday schedule includes MHHS baseball, softball teams making up doubleheaders at Vilonia

Baseball and softball make up the local Wednesday schedule.

The Mountain Home High School baseball team will make up a varsity doubleheader at Vilonia originally scheduled for Tuesday. The first game begins at 4:30.

Elsewhere, Yellville-Summit hosts Alpena, and Izard County entertains Highland.

Mountain Home’s softball team will also play a makeup doubleheader at Vilonia. The first game gets underway at 4:30.

Also on the softball schedule, Melbourne is home for a makeup game with Midland.
