The night started off strong for the Bomber baseball team Wednesday, as they were victorious over the Vilonia Eagles by the score of 11-2. The Bombers were sparked in the first inning by a pair of grand slams by Logen Walker and Reece Ducker in a game they never trailed. Dawson Tabor led the way for the Bombers on the mound by going five innings and giving up only one hit, two runs, and striking out 10. Isaac House threw the final two innings for the Bombers striking out four.

The second game, however, was not as successful for the Bombers, as they were vanquished by the score of 7-4. Dawson Tabor led the way for the Bombers tallying two hits, and Logen Walker, Bryce McKay, Isaac House, and Reece Ducker all drove in a run for the Bombers.

The Bombers are tied for second in the 5A-West with a record of 4-2. The Bombers will step out of conference play and hit the road on Friday to take on the Fayetteville Bulldogs. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m.
