The City of Mountain Home issued nine business licenses in April, according to Jeannie Anderson in the Building Inspection Department.
Those nine permits include six home-based businesses, a retail business, a cafe and a bakery.
A permit was issued to Bruce Roberts for Half Price Store of Mountain Home, located at 922 Highway 62 East. Permits were also issued to Chris and Heather Loftis for Bookworms @ Baxter, a cafe located at 1900 Highway 201 North, and to Aletha McClure for Aletha’s Baked Creations and Such, a bakery located at 1310 Eastside Center Suite 5.
The six home-based businesses include licenses issued to:
– Steven Isakson for Isakson Lawn Service LLC;
– Sergio Peralez for Serg’s Lawncare and More;
– Eric Lee for Toner Basics;
– Nick Luna for Luna Home Improvements;
– Larry Causey for Apex Nutrition; and
– Kristy Stufflebeam for Upstairs/Downstairs Estate and Moving Sales.
Total licensing revenue for April was $16,253.14. That includes $11,097.14 in alcohol tax and licenses; a total of $4,893 in occupation licenses; $175 in garage sale licenses; and $60 in pet licenses.
