Mountain Home issues six building permits in May

Building permits issued in Mountain Home for May reflect $1 million in construction value. A total of six building permits were issued in May according to a report from Jeannie Anderson of the Building Inspection Department.

The month’s lone home construction permit was issued to Chad Strauss on behalf of PDM Designs for a single-family home located at 90 Country Club Boulevard. That residence is 5,509 square feet and has a construction value of $440,000.

A permit was issued to AR Care on behalf of Legacy Construction Management for a remodeling project located at 1301 Highway 62 East. That project has a total space of 3,952 square feet and has a construction value of $350,000. The city also granted a permit for a remodeling project at the Katie Combs Family Practice, located 501 Hospital Drive. Combs Construction was listed as handling that project, which has a total space of 1,400 square feet and has a construction value of $180,000.

The Baxter County Animal Clinic, located at 200 Bomber Boulevard, received a sign permit on behalf of Capples Signs. That sign has a square footage of 28 feet and has a construction value of $24,432.

Kenneth Kilgore was granted a permit on behalf of Charles Menschik to build a storage building at 2493 Highway 62 West. That building has 800 square feet of space and has a construction value of $24,000.

One permit to build a driveway was issued in May, with Oscar Magano receiving the permit so that Johnny Jagneaux may build the structure 100 East Third Street. That project has a construction value of $2,000.
