Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson held a special press conference concerning COVID-19 on Thursday afternoon.
The Governor announced the reinstatement of a Public Health Emergency, along with his plans to call the Arkansas General Assembly back into session next week to consider allowing local schools to impose mask mandates for students as an exception to Arkansas Act 1002.
