Mountain Home issues eight building permits in July

The eight building permits issued by the City of Mountain Home for July reflect $1.03 million in construction.

A permit was issued to John and Cathy Sullivant for an addition to 2002 Brentwood Drive. That project has a total space of 750 square feet and has an estimated construction value of $400,000.

Frank and Collette Kucer were issued a construction permit for a single-family residence to be located at 501 Colewood Drive. The 2,759 square-foot house has estimated cost of $310,000.

Riverwalk Rentals received a building permit for a condominium to be located at 258-260 Turnberry Court. That project has an estimated construction cost of $250,000 and has 3,762 square feet of space.

A permit was issued to Salsa’s for an addition to 915 Highway 62 East. That 1,015 square-foot expansion has an estimated cost of $35,000.

The city also issued four sign permits in July.

A permit was issued to AR Care, located at 1301 Highway 62 East, for a sign with an estimated value of $19,505.

Big Vista was issued a permit for a sign located at 950 Highway 62 East #10 for with an estimated value of $5,900.

A permit was issued to Everbrite LLC/State, located at 1330 Highway 62 East, for a sign with an estimated value of $5,525.

Chicago Bob’s was issued a permit for a sign located at 28 Paul Wood Lane with an estimated value of $37.

Including building, electric, mechanical and plumbing permits, the cost of all permits sold for July totaled $2,174.75.

The city handled 48 inspections for the month of July.
