38 business licenses sold in MH in 2 months

The City of Mountain Home issued 38 business licenses in September and October combined, according to reports from Jeannie Anderson in the Building Inspection Department.

OCTOBER BUSINESS LICENSES

The list includes two storefront businesses, 13 home-based entities, two out-of-town-based entities and two traveling operations.

The two storefront businesses include licenses issued to

– Magness Power Sports, LLC (Next Level Powersports), located on U.S. Highway 62 West, and DBA as Acumen Audio and Tint, an auto supply and accessories business; and

– Baxter Regional Cardiovascular, located at 555 West Sixth Street.

The 13 home-based licenses were issued to

– Myers Farms, a farm goods business;

– The Southern View, an estate sales company;

– Super Savers Agency, LLC, an online insurance sales business;

– Kapok Contracting, LLC;

– Glistening Services, LLC, a cleaning services business;

– On Point Lawn & Pressure Wash;

– Mountain Home Observer, a newspaper operation;

– Mountain Home Observer, an advertising agency;

– Ground Zero Remodeling;

– Lamb & Vine, an online retail store;

– Patton Homes, a contractor;

– Caliber Electric; and

– North Central AR Fence, a siding installation company.

The two out-of-town-based licenses were issued to

– Cornerstone Electric & Solar, Springfield; and

– Meals Now, LLC, Batesville, a delivery service business.

The two traveling services licenses were issued to

– Sonopro Imaging, LLC, DBA as Sweet Peeks Ultrasound; and

– Haile Yeah Food Service, a food truck operation.

Total licensing revenue for October was $11,398, including liquor tax, occupational and pet licenses, along with garage sale permits.

SEPTMBER BUSINESS LICENSES

The list includes eight storefront businesses, four home-based entities, one out-of-town-based entity, two traveling operations and three farmers market permits.

The eight storefront businesses include licenses issued to

– Urban Camo Brigade Group, LLC, located at U.S. Highway 62 East, Unit 10;

– Heavenly Creations, a florist, located at 1029 South College Street;

– Sycamore Springs Senior Living, an assisted living/retirement home, located at 165 Jerry Baker Lane;

– Afterglow, a tanning salon, located at 619 East Ninth Street;

– Uptown Furnishments, a second-hand clothing/other items business, located at 714 South Church Street;

– S.A.W. Jewelry Design, located at 718 South Baker Street;

– Magnolia Studio on Ninth, a retail store, located at 717 South Church Street; and

– Cousins Manufacturing, LLC, a manufacturing company, located at 1835 South College Spur.

The four home-based business licenses were issued to

– Coin Maker, LLC, a vending service;

– Lois La Delle-Daly, for an unspecified home-based business;

– Cathy’s Cleaning Services; and

– Higher Power Electric.

The one out-of-town entity license was issued to

– Wades Heat, Air and Electric of Batesville.

The three traveling operations licenses were issued to

– Swann Mobile Services, an auto repair business;

– Flueur De Eats, Inc., a food truck operation; and

– On the Hook Fish and Chips, a food truck operation.

Farmers market permits were issued to

– Blue’s Basted Chips;

– Tastefully Simple with Bert; and

– David Diffey.

Total licensing revenue for September was $8,127, including liquor tax, occupational and pet licenses, along with garage sale permits.
