Lawson, Bennet win Lake Norfork Fireworks Bass Fishing Tournament

Kiley Lawson and Jeremy Bennet were able to leave Panther Bay Marina with $500 on Saturday after winning the Lake Norfork Fireworks Benefit Bass Fishing Tournament. Lawson and Bennet beat out 74 other teams by catching five fish weighing 15.44 pounds.

Cash prizes went to the top six teams in the tournament. Layne Yarber and Mark Riley finished second, Chris Page and Ty Bowman were third, Chance Bailey and Rayn Hollis ended up fourth, Nathan Fuselier and Brian Martin took fifth place, and Mike White and Matthew White rounded out the top six. In addition, Nick Ellison and Scott Adams caught a 5.6-pound fish to win the big bass pot.
