The Mountain Home High School volleyball program has recently unveiled its schedule for the upcoming 2022 season, as announced by head coach Jill Daves. It features four non-conference games, two tournaments and 14 5A-West conference games.

The Lady Bombers will open the campaign on Aug. 23 at home as they take on the Lady Pioneers from Batesville. In addition, Mountain Home will welcome Brookland (Aug. 29) and West Plains (Aug. 30) to the Hangar. Mountain Home will hit the road on August 25th for their lone non-conference game as they will take on Hot Springs Lakeside.

Two tournaments are also on ledger for the Lady Bombers as they will compete in Hurricane Tournament at Jonesboro (Sept. 24) and the Wampus Cat Classic in Conway (Oct. 8).

The Lady Bombers will kick off 5A-West play with back-to-back road matches at Siloam Springs (Sept. 6) and Harrison (Sept. 8). Mountain Home will then have a pair of home matches against Van Buren (Sept. 13) and Russellville (Sept. 15). They will then hit the road, again, for a set of matches against Greenwood (Sept. 20) and defending 5A-West Champion Greenbrier (Sept. 22). The Lady Bombers will then close out the first half of their conference schedule with Alma (Sept. 27).

The back half of Mountain Home’s conference slate includes road trips to Van Buren (Oct 6), Russellville (Oct 11), and Alma (Oct 20). Contests in The Hangar include Siloam Springs (Sept. 29), Harrison (Oct. 4), Greenwood (Oct. 13) and Senior Night against Greenbrier (Oct. 18).

The Lady Bombers will need to finish in the top four of the 5A-West to move on to the Class 5A State Tournament that will be held on the campus of Greenbrier High School (Oct. 24-29).

Broadcast information for games on the Bomber Sports Network on YouTube will be announced at a later date.
