4 arrested on multiple drug charges

A joint investigation by three agencies in eastern Mountain Home resulted in the arrest of four individuals on multiple drug charges. Thirty-year-old Philip Wilson of Flippin, 37-year-old Kaleena Clifton of Marion and 38-year-old Roger Harris and 34-year-old Michael Keen of Memphis are in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $75,000 each.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a search warrant was served at a residence on Thursday by officers from the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force. Two males, later identified as Keen and Harris, were in the living room, and two more individuals, identified as Wilson and Clifton, were located in one of the bedrooms. Authorities also reportedly found a clear plastic baggie with 30.4 grams of a crystalline substance later field testing positive for methamphetamine, 19 pink pills identified as Adderall, 63 Oxycodone pills, 20 Hydrocodone pills, 10 Suboxone pills, 51 Xanax pills, numerous sets of digital scales with white residue, used syringes, unused baggies common for the packaging and sale of narcotics, a container with several ground-up blue pills and a syringe containing a clear liquid in the bedroom. In addition, a total of $1,450 in cash was seized from Clifton and Wilson.

Officers searched another bedroom and reportedly located a clear plastic baggie with a crystalline substance weighing 114.9 grams in a backpack and a plastic grinder containing one blue pill and additional crushed blue pills. All four subjects denied knowledge of the drugs or paraphernalia.

Wilson, Clifton, Harris and Keen all face felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with the purpos to deliver, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia for use of ingestion of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia for the purpose of selling methamphetamine.
