Authorities are reporting police activity at CHI St. Vincent North in Sherwood Wednesday morning.
According to the Sherwood Police Department Twitter account, there was confirmation of an active shooter, but are not releasing any other details at this time. Residents are asked to avoid the area due to the heavy police presence.
