Tuesday night, the Baxter County Quorum Court will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6 in the 2nd Floor Courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
In addition to monthly ordinances appropriating funds in the budget, the court will hear an ordinance prohibiting the development of a new or reopening any closed solid waste landfill in Baxter County. The court will also hear a resolution recognizing the outstanding contribution and performance of the Americorps organization.
