Flooding concerns and severe weather chances increase

With two to four inches of rain expected, flooding concerns have increased as a multi day weather system moves into the Twin Lakes area Thursday and into Friday. Justin Condrey, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Little Rock shares timing for heavy rainfall as well as chances for severe weather.
