The Baxter County Election Commission is down one member following the resignation last week of chairwoman Lynne Weaver. Weaver was sworn in as chairwoman in January.
Baxter County and Circuit Clerk Canda Reese says it will be up to Chris Chamberlin, the Baxter County Republican Party chairman, to come up with someone to take the spot temporarily.
