The Baxter County Quorum Court will meet Tuesday night at 6 in regular session at in the 2nd floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include a third reading of an ordinance to adopt revisions and additions to the Baxter county Personnel Policy Manual and Pay Scale for the county and the Sheriff’s Office; an ordinance to appropriate fees and reimbursements to the Sheriff’s Office for the month of July; an ordinance to appropriate funds from the special jail fees fund in the amount of $4,000 and $7,000 from the county detention facility fund to the jail maintenance and operations budget; and ordinance to appropriate $18,000 in the circuit court budget into the jurors and witnesses line of the budget; an ordinance to amend the Baxter County Personnel Policy Manual to establish a Technology Resource Policy and cyber security policy; and a resolution to confirm the appointment of Katrina Neis to the Baxter County Library Board.
