A Henderson woman was arrested in late March on drug and weapons charges after a fugitive task force from the Arkansas Department of Corrections went to her residence along Birch Hill Trail to search for another person. The officers were looking for 30-year-old Levy McGee but found 23-year-old Skyler Paige Tenny at the residence.

According to the probable cause affidavit, officers found and seized weapons, drugs, drug paraphernalia and $3,100 in cash.

The items found included: a Marlin lever action rifle, a Russian Mosin-Nagant rifle, 35 pills testing positive for Fentanyl, 20 used syringes, 45 oxycodone pills, a small quantity of methamphetamine, 20 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and a glass smoking pipe.

Both Tenny and McGee have multiple felony convictions on their records alleging a variety of crimes, including drug possession.

McGee is currently being held in the Washington County jail for the U.S. Marshal Service. He pled guilty in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Arkansas on April 23 and will be sentenced later.

According to federal court documents, McGee has admitted to law enforcement officers that he is a drug dealer. A telephone belonging to McGee was checked and produced evidence supporting his involvement in selling drugs.

Tenny appeared in court April 15 and pled not guilty to her charges including trafficking Fentanyl, possession of a firearm by a felon, simultaneous possession of guns and drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She is being represented by Emily Reed and Matthew Dellinger. Reed told the court that she believed evidence would likely show it was McGee who was the main player involved in the drug trade.

Tenny is free on a $10,000 bond.
