Entergy representative Mark Martin spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News to give an update on outages they are experiencing.Entergy reports 5,000 customers affected in Mountain Home, 1,500 in Bull Shoals, 3,500 in Flippin, and 6,000 in Yellville. Martin says that damage assessments are still early at this time, but predicts in could be days before power is fully restored in some areas.
Martin says there are 50+ power poles down in the area and urges citizens to stay away from downed lines.
