Thursday afternoon, Baxter County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) officials confirmed rangers had located a vehicle in the water at Pigeon Creek.
Baxter County OEM David Stults confirmed dispatched received a call from a 3rd party stating their relative had crashed at Pigeon Creek. First responders also checked an area around Arkansas Highway 101 where they also received reports of an incident.
