Jolene Morgan is the winner of this year’s Jewels for You pendant courtesy of Carter’s Jewel Chest. The Mountain Home woman claimed her prize Monday, two days after the winning number 200079 was announced during the Red, White and Blue Festival on the campus of Arkansas State University-Mountain Home.
Morgan was awarded a Hearts on Fire pendant valued at $4,800. Carter’s Jewel Chest donates a pendant every year for the festival.
Ticket sales for the drawing raised over $8,500, and all proceeds will help support next year’s Red, White and Blue Festival.
