Another event is scheduled for this month to help pay for improvements to Twin Lakes Golf Course. The Persico Pink Ball Tournament is set for July 20, with a rain date set for the following Saturday, July 27.
The morning begins with registration at 7, and the shotgun start is set for an hour later. The tournament will be a four-person scramble. Flights will be included for men’s, women’s and mixed teams, and the tournament will be limited to 36 teams.
The cost is $50 per golfer or $200 per team for those providing their own carts. For anyone needing a cart rental, the cost is $60 per golfer or $240 per team. The entry fee will include one mulligan for each golfer. Breakfast and lunch will also be included in the cost, and tournament will also have special hole events and raffles. A team can also purchase a “Play It Forward” for $12 on Hole 15. Checks should be made payable to Twin Lakes Golf Association.
