In June, 8 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A commercial addition topped the report with one permit issued to Southern Construction on behalf of West End Social located at 1350 U.S. Highway 62 West for a construction value of $350,000.
A commercial remodel permit was issued to Walrath Holding LLC located at 12 East 7th Street for a value of $50,000.
A commercial ACC structure permit was issued to Mountain Home Donut Shop located at 517 U.S. Highway 62 East for a construction value of $17,750.
Four commercial sign permits were issued with the first to the Baxter County Historical Society located at 300 Bomber Blvd for a construction value of $3,900. A second permit was issued to Baxter Health Family Clinic located at 899 Burnett Drive for a construction value of $4,000. A third permit was issued to Slim Chickens located at 2530 U.S. Highway 62 East for a construction value of $50,000. And a fourth permit was issued to Ozark Eye Center located at 360 Arkansas Highway 5 North for a construction value of $20,000.
A new residential building permit was issued to Hobbs Siding and Windows for a residence located at 1073 Ozark Avenue with a construction value of $150,00.
