Ozarks Healthcare is partnering with various school districts in southern Missouri this spring to provide free sports physicals. Schools will distribute physical forms for parents and guardians to complete and return on the day of the physicals. Families can contact their school offices or nurses for more information or obtain a form.
On-site physicals will be available at three different Ozark County campuses in June. Physicals will be given June 3 at Dora R-III School District, June 11 at Gainesville R-V and June 17 at Bakersfield R-IV. Students that miss their school’s scheduled date can contact the Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic in West Plains to schedule a makeup appointment. The clinic is open weekdays from 7 to 11 and noon to 4.
Phyiscals will also be available for students in the West Plains R-VII at the Zizzer Clinic this Wednesday and April 28 through May 9.
