Many businesses on Main Street will be holding special events and deals for First Saturday, including Knowles True Value Hardware having 10% off everything except mowers, Linley’s Country Store will also have 10% off storewide, An outdoor sale and live music will be provided by Curious Craftsmen, Peppersauce on Main Street will host a sidewalk sale and the Museum will have an Artisans Gift Shop.
Bambi Killian Bowden, Executive Director for Main Street Calico Rock, says these great deals and events are used to remind residents of the great offerings in Calico Rock.

Another returning event is Cooper’s Local Antiques Roadshow, which Bowden says was drew in many people, even those from out of state.

A free community Pancake Breakfast will be held in the morning from 8:30 to 12:30 hosted by Wises Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Bowden says this breakfast will help benefit the Church’s upcoming Mission and donations at the event are welcome.
