The Marion County Library Board meeting Tuesday evening at 6 will include a vote on applicants for the vacant position of Library Director. The position has remained unfilled since the termination of the previous director, Dana Scott, in Decemeber of 2024.
The agenda will include a Friends Report, a Staff Report to discuss the Yelcot router contract and AED purchase, the Treasurer’s Report and the Vice-Chair Suggestion Box Report.
In unfinished business, the board will review the draft of the new Collection Development Policy, the Library Management Policy and the Finance Policy.
