Final touches being placed on new health unit as staff prepares to move in
The Baxter County Health Unit will be temporarily closed from June 24 to June 27 as it relocates to a new facility.
Stacey Ferretti of the Baxter County Health Unit says that phone services will be limited during the move. The unit is expected to resume full operations at the new location once the relocation is complete.
Ferretti expressed gratitude in those they serve for their patience during this transition.
The new facility will be located at 850 Buttercup Drive in Mountain Home. Prior to the move, anyone with questions can contact the Baxter County Health Unit at (870) 425-3072.
