With extreme temperatures forecasted into next week and the incoming heat dome setting up, residents in the Twin Lakes area need to take extra precautions when dealing with the summer heat.

Jeff Hood, meteorologist with the National Weather Service (NWS) in Little Rock has some tips on beating the heat.
