As the Twin Lakes Area gets ready for the annual Red White and Blue Festival, residents have the opportunity to go ahead and get in on some of the fun with the return of the Jewels for You promotion from Carter’s Jewel Chest.
For $1 per ticket, participants will have a chance to win a Whimsical Heart Diamond Pendant from Hearts on Fire valued at $5,600.
Tickets are also available in discounted bundles of six tickets for $5 and 12 for $10 and can be purchased at the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Carter’s Jewel Chest and area banks.
Beth Carter, owner of Carter’s Jewel Chest, says having tickets available at the banks gives an extra layer of fun and competition to the event.

The winning ticket will be announced right before the fireworks, but Carter says it’s important to hold onto tickets until a winner is confirmed.
