16-year-old Phoebe Mesa-Villalobos has been located and is safe, authorities said.
The Lonoke Police Department had issued a Missing/Endangered Advisory through the Arkansas State Police on the evening of December 10 after Mesa-Villalobos had not been seen since 3:30 p.m. that day.
Authorities did not release additional details about her disappearance or recovery.
