
Cold conditions remain locked in across North Central Arkansas today as strong winds push wind chill values into the single digits.While afternoon temperatures may attempt to approach the freezing mark, National Weather Service Meteorologist Justin Condry says many locations will likely stay below 32 degrees. The persistent wind will keep conditions feeling even colder throughout the day.

KTLO records show the last time the station recorded single-digit temperatures was February 22 when the low reached six degrees.
Condry says looking ahead, a pattern change is expected by midweek and the next chance for rain appears to be Thursday.
