The Bull Shoals City Council will meet Thursday at 6 to consider several items including water and sewer issues, sanitation changes, employee pay, and community projects.

Employee pay and licensing are also on the agenda, including a potential wage increase for city employees who complete required water, sewer, or other professional licenses.

Community projects will be considered, including approval for playground equipment at Browns Beach Park following a letter from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Council members will also discuss city sponsorship and volunteer support for an upcoming bass tournament, as requested by Russ Meinking. Administrative and financial items include reviewing the treasurer’s report, past council meeting minutes, department reports, and several ordinances covering electronic fund transfers and council meeting procedures for 2026.

Citizens will have an opportunity to provide input during the public comment portion of the meeting, and Mayor and council member remarks will conclude the session. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Bull Shoals City Hall, 706 C.S. Woods Boulevard.
