Authorities have issued a bench warrant for Travis Andrew Ramsey for failure to comply with registration requirements.
The warrant carries no bond, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. Ramsey’s last known address is on Creekwood Road East in Harrison.
Ramsey is described as a white male, 6-foot-2 and 255 pounds, with blue eyes and a bald head.
