Bayman Liquor and the Cotter Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered on a new community branding project featuring a freshly painted exterior at the Bayman building on the corner of 62B and Harding Boulevard.
The artwork is designed to reflect the Cotter brand and celebrate the River District. Located at one of the main entrances to the city, the building serves as a visible marker directing residents and visitors toward downtown Cotter.
According to organizers, the project marks the first collaboration between the Cotter Branding Team and a local business, creating a new model for partnerships aimed at strengthening community identity and promoting local destinations.
The mural was painted by Dennis Windell and incorporates elements of Cotter’s visual identity while also highlighting Bayman Liquor’s new logo.
Owners Bob and Kriss Yunker said the project allows the business to support the city’s identity and increase visibility for the River District.
Windell said the goal was to create artwork that is distinctive, welcoming and reflective of the Cotter brand while providing visitors with a visual cue that they are entering the community. He worked alongside Cotter brand lead graphic artist Tim Rails on the project.
Chamber leaders said the collaboration demonstrates how local businesses can help strengthen Cotter’s sense of place while welcoming travelers into the city.
