According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash occurred at approximately 3:47 p.m. on Fox Meadow Road.
Investigators say a 2013 GMC Sierra was traveling north when it left the right side of the roadway. The driver reportedly overcorrected while attempting to re-enter the road, then overcorrected a second time, causing the pickup to roll multiple times before coming to rest in a ditch.
A passenger, Chad Veazey of McCrory, died in the crash.
Three other passengers – Richard Pace of Bald Knob, Addyson Jordan of Bradford and an unidentified minor – were injured and transported to Unity Health for treatment.
State police reported it was raining at the time of the crash and the roadway was wet. The investigation into the crash is continuing.
