
Under new business, justices will consider several ordinances including appropriations for $262,500.07 from the Arkansas Game and Fish Marine Fuel Tax Grant into the Road and Bridge Department budget, $15,000 from the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Security and Emergency Preparedness for the Building and Grounds Department, $82,910.34 into the Casey House Restoration Grant Fund and $8,705 in donated funds into the Recycling Grant Fund.
The court will also consider an ordinance authorizing the sale and transfer of county property to Marion County and resolutions confirming appointments to the Rodney-Jordan, Hand Cove and Midway fire protection district boards of commissioners.
Other ordinaces include the appropriation of $9,221.84 in fees and reimbursements received in May to the sheriff’s office 2026 budget, $36,000 from the Special Jail Fees Fund into the Special Jail Fees and Jail Maintenance and Operations budgets, and $1,959.50 into the Juvenile Services Department budget.
Diahanne Van Gulick of the Baxter Health MRUK Family Center will give a presentation on the Rock Steady program and the agenda also includes a resolution recognizing the 10-year anniversary of the Rock Steady Boxing Program at the Baxter Health MRUK Family Center on Aging.
