Mountain Home’s tennis squads hit the long and winding road to Russellville on Tuesday as they continued 5A-west play against Van Buren and Russellville.
Against Van Buren, Addison Decker, Mary Charles McConnell, Oakley Recktenwald all won their singles matches. On the doubles side the pairings of Berkley Decker & Nicola Talbot, Kiana Talbot & Jentry Souder, and Max Goodwin & Nathan Mooney all picked up the “W” in doubles action.
Against Russellville, Decker, McConnell, Recktenwald, and Chandler Jones all picked up singles wins. In Doubles the pairs of Decker & Talbot, Talbot & Souder, Goodwin & Mooney, and Anthony Jones & Riley Edwards all picked up victories against Russellville to secure a clean sweep of the Cyclones.
Mountain Home will be back in action at Farmington on Thursday.
