Mountain Home Parks and Recreation (MHPR) is accepting registrations for its spring youth sports programs through Feb. 16. Practices are scheduled to begin the week of March 2, with games starting the week of March 30. All sports are expected to conclude by May 22. Games will be played Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Fridays reserved for makeup games.

Programs offered include BomberBall, T-ball, softball, baseball and soccer, with registration fees varying by age and sport. Coed BomberBall for ages 3-4 costs $30, while coed T-ball for ages 5-6 is $45. Softball is available in the 8U division for $45, with 10U and 12U/15U academy-style divisions priced at $85. Baseball includes an 8U division for $45, and 10U–15U divisions for $85, including a 15U academy-style option. Soccer registration ranges from $30 for 6U coed to $45 for 12U/15U academy-style divisions. Academy-style divisions will be determined by total enrollment. If there are insufficient players or coaches, divisions may be combined, with teams drawn weekly.

Head coach applications may be submitted online at the time of a child’s registration. Applicants must provide copies of their Social Security card and driver’s license to the main office by Feb. 1, and must also document completion of the required coach safety training.
