The Arkansas Razorbacks will stay on the road Tuesday night to face the LSU Tigers in a Southeastern Conference matchup at the Maravich Assembly Center. Tipoff is set for 8 with television coverage on SEC Network.

It will be the second meeting in 17 days between the teams. Arkansas earned an 85-81 win over LSU on Jan. 24 at Bud Walton Arena, rallying late behind a dominant second half from Darius Acuff Jr. Acuff scored 24 of his career-high 31 points after halftime, shooting 10-of-11 from the field and 3-of-3 from three-point range in the period, as the Razorbacks erased a second-half deficit and pulled away down the stretch.

LSU stayed close in the first meeting by converting 22 of 25 free throws, while Arkansas went 7-of-18 at the line. All five Tiger starters scored in double figures, led by Dedan Thomas Jr. with 18 points. Pablo Tamba added a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Tuesday’s game marks the 83rd all-time meeting between the programs and the 73rd since Arkansas joined the SEC. The Razorbacks lead the overall series 45-37 and have won seven of the last 10 meetings. The home team has traditionally held the edge, with Arkansas leading 25-8 in Fayetteville and LSU owning a 22-13 advantage in Baton Rouge.

Arkansas enters the game with a strong résumé, remaining unbeaten against NCAA Quadrant 2, 3 and 4 opponents and owning five wins against Quadrant 1 teams through Feb. 8.

After the trip to Baton Rouge, the Razorbacks return home to host Auburn on Valentine’s Day before heading back on the road to face Alabama on Feb. 18.
