Baxter County Sheriff Candidates fielded a wide range of topics Wednesday morning during KTLO’s live political forum at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas. Each candidate spent time laying out their case on why voters should select them on March 3rd as the new sheriff – something that has not changed in the county in 22 years.One of the first questions presented was if elected, what will be the biggest change you would like to see from the current administration. Candidate Henry Campfield said his focus would be on training.

Candidate Brian Davis stated he believed the sheriff’s office is doing a good job for the citizens and would focus on continued improvement to the department.

Hollingsworth, who currently serves as chief deputy of the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, was asked if he believed Baxter County was safe.
