Miss Arkansas, Maggie Benton of Jonesboro, will be in Mountain Home Saturday afternoon for a tea.
The event will be held from noon until 1:30 at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County.
Organizers say this will be a great event for those competing in pageants or for a fun day out.
Benton received her degree from the University of Arkansas. She will be speaking on her platform, Kindness, and about the scholarship opportunities available through the Miss America Organization.
