For a third consecutive year, Baxter Health has been selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare. Modern Healthcare will publish a special supplement featuring a ranked list of all the winners along in the October 2023 issue of Modern Healthcare magazine.
This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey worth approximately 75% of the overall program score. Baxter Health was one of two healthcare systems in Arkansas to be recognized.
