High school football dominates the local Friday schedule and includes another road trip for Mountain Home. The Bombers will be in Little Rock for a matchup with Pulaski Academy.
Mountain Home is currently 3-2 on the season and 1-2 in the 6A-West. A walk-off field goal by Kelso Haught pushed the Bombers past Russellville last week. P.A. comes into the game as the fourth-ranked team in Class 6A by the Arkansas Sports Media. The Bruins are 3-1 and 1-1 after getting hammered by Little Rock Christian.
P.A. is considered by many of the experts as one of the “Big 3” in the conference, along with Christian and Greenwood, but Mountain Home head coach Steve Ary says his team is at a point where they feel like they be competitive.
