Mountain View was able to pick up a conference victory on the road. The Yellowjackets went to Bergman and picked up the 18-1 victory.
Harrison suffered a defeat in front of the home crowd at Jack Williams Field. The Goblins fell to Shiloh Christian 11-3.
Omaha ended up with a loss on its home field. The Eagles fell to Ozark Mountain by a final of 11-4.
Jasper was able to dominate its season opener. The Pirates routed Eureka Springs 22-1.
In softball, Norfork went on the road and suffered a loss. The Lady Panthers were toppled by Mountain View 11-1.
Flippin ended up with a conference defeat at home. The Lady Bobcats lost to Melbourne by a score of 13-1.
