Baxter County Historical & Genealogical Society | Baxter County Historical Museum
The Baxter County Historical & Genealogical Society maintains the Baxter County Historical Museum at 300 Bomber Blvd, Mtn. Home. Appointments and tours are available on other days upon request; contact the Society at 870-425-2551. The Society partners with the County to help preserve and protect the Casey House. The Casey House is located on the northeast corner of the Baxter County Fairgrounds. The Casey House is open to the public during the Baxter County Fair. Tours can be arranged at other times by contacting the Society. The Society meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm, at the Donald W. Reynolds Library. The meetings are open to the public. Occasionally, the Society will meet at another location. Information will be posted on the website or Facebook page.
